Continued Expansion of Factory Scale and Future Plans

In 2025, the factory will relocate to Qingtian, with a current factory site area of 16 mu (approximately 1 hectare) and a floor area of 22,000 square meters. In the future, the company will continuously improve and perfect itself, adhering to the concept of "learning through play," and may launch a series of electronic products, allowing children to learn while playing. For twenty years, Baihe's mission and original aspiration have remained unchanged—"Quality First, Reputation First, Service First," using wisdom and craftsmanship to create safe, innovative, and endless joy for every corner of the world, giving children a complete and happy childhood.

2019

Two Company Relocations

Since starting production of Xiaoboshi (a type of small-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing facility) in 2010, and with the rapid increase in business output, the old 300-square-meter factory could no longer meet the growth rate of Baihe Company. Therefore, in 2012, Baihe Company underwent its first relocation for better progress and production. Subsequently, Baihe Company developed rapidly and relocated again after 7 years. The new factory covers an area of 10 acres, with a usable area of approximately 15,000 square meters.

2018

Continuous Innovation

A company's moat is not a single product, but its strong innovation capability itself. Baihe Company's management has a far-sighted vision, proactively exploring new avenues. Baihe Company introduced hot-baking technology, rotational molding technology, and full welding technology. Simultaneously, it purchased and added new equipment, such as furnaces, rotational molding machines, and cutting machines. Baihe Company successively launched non-standard series and indoor playground products, differentiating itself from other amusement equipment. These products can be customized one-to-one according to specific customer needs and site size, providing customers with overall planning solutions. Baihe Company also regularly sends designers to learn about current market needs and future trends. The root of innovation lies in a deep understanding and respect for customer needs and Baihe Company's inherent pursuit of excellence. This persistence in value creation has built the most solid brand barrier.

2017

Facing Challenges

Since the beginning of the production of Little Doctor by Baihe Company, the products and series launched have been deeply loved by customers, and sales have steadily increased. Therefore, many companies of the same type have started to imitate and engage in price wars, leading to customer diversion. Provide lower prices for similar products. But in order to reduce costs, many companies cut corners in their products. However, Baihe Company is not entangled in low-level competition and still chooses better raw materials and better experiences to give back to users, ensuring the quality of its products. This respect and original intention towards customers is the source of all innovation and has won the deepest trust of users.

2011

Expansion of Foreign Trade

Orders from Iraqi clients sowed the seeds for the company's determination to develop foreign trade and, to a certain extent, gave it confidence. In foreign trade, Baihe Company took a steady and pragmatic approach, not rushing for quick results, investing funds annually to support its development. Initially, the annual investment was around 200,000 RMB, increasing to 400,000 RMB from 2024 onwards, with foreign trade revenue growing in tandem. The expansion of foreign trade also marked the beginning of the brand's internationalization journey, broadening its vision and scope. Currently, the company holds numerous certifications, including the EU EN1176 toy safety standard, SGS on-site certification, and CE. Products are exported to Switzerland, Armenia, Poland, the UK, Russia, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Iraq, Angola, South Africa, and other countries and regions, receiving high praise from customers. In the future, Baihe will continue to explore new markets.

2011

The Most Memorable Order

Before systematically developing foreign trade, the factory had already begun accepting a small number of overseas orders. One Iraqi customer ordered 500 lounge chairs, a large order for the factory before expanding its business with Little Doctor (a brand of chairs). Due to the tight schedule and heavy workload, the two factory partners joined the packaging process to expedite delivery. However, before shipment, it was discovered that to ensure the products were securely packaged and to minimize damage, the wooden chairs were susceptible to moisture damage in sealed cardboard boxes, causing some chairs to develop mushrooms. To ensure quality delivery, the factory, regardless of profit or loss, adhered to the business philosophy of "quality first, reputation first, service first," tallied the damaged chairs, and remanufactured them, ultimately delivering on time and receiving positive feedback from the customer.

2010

The Transformation of the "Little Doctor" Product

To escape homogeneous competition, Baihe Company began preparing for product transformation, focusing on the "Little Doctor" product, a field many factories had never explored before. They acquired molds for the Ocean series at a high price and put them into production. After in-depth market research and learning from the experience of industry veterans, the Ocean series achieved substantial sales in the year following its official launch. This laid the foundation for Baihe Company's successful transformation and subsequent product innovation. The ability to independently develop new products represented a qualitative leap for Baihe Company.

2004

Company Startup

The company was initially founded by two people in a small factory consisting of only three rooms, approximately 300 square meters. The founders, along with a few core employees, began producing fitness equipment, lounge chairs, and trash cans. In this small factory of about 300 square meters, the first seed of their dream was sown. However, in its first year, the company suffered losses due to various factors. All employees summarized their experiences and changed their operating methods, achieving profitability the following year. From 2004 to 2008, the company rapidly developed, took on new business, and adopted advanced concepts, striving to develop new businesses, new series, and new products. Meanwhile, Baihe Company is full of humanistic care. From the initial difficulties to today's achievements, the company's core commitment to its employees has remained unchanged. Some employees have fought alongside Baihe for a long time, continuing to shine here.
