Urban Shopping Mall Revamp: Driving Foot Traffic With Soft Play
In a recent project, we collaborated with a major urban shopping mall to design a state-of-the-art indoor soft play area. The client wanted a vibrant, safe, and engaging space where children could play while parents shopped and dined. We delivered a custom-designed play structure incorporating colorful slides, climbing walls, tunnels, and interactive play panels, all made from high-quality, non-toxic, and impact-absorbing materials that met EN 1176 and ASTM F1487 safety standards. Since installation, the soft play area has become a central attraction, significantly increasing foot traffic, extending family dwell times, and boosting customer satisfaction. The mall reported higher sales in adjacent stores and positive feedback from parents who appreciated the safe, clean, and fun environment for their children.
